Deployment Manager

Olo’s Deployment Team is responsible for taking a new customer from kickoff to launch and managing the relationship throughout the project. This role focuses on on-boarding mid-size to enterprise brands, where the customer is utilizing Olo’s best in class white label solution.


The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management, have a focus on providing great hospitality and appreciate the art of excellent communication.



  • Execute contract obligations to deploy customers in the timelines outlined.
  • Identify and develop relationships with cross-functional deployment team to ensure positive experience for customer.
  • Liaise between customer, internal departments and partners to provide clear and accurate project plans for customers.
  • Report weekly on progress of customers and troubleshoot issues blocking a launch.
  • Provide accurate and complete customer details in CRM.
  • Work in tandem with Account Specialist team to ensure a seamless transition following customer launch.



  • BA/BS Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Account or Deployment Manager.
  • Experience working with enterprise brands and C-level executives.
  • Outstanding ability to clearly and tactfully articulate issues and resolutions.
  • Expertise in creative problem solving.
  • Highly organized project management skills.
  • The ability to work independently when needed - as well as collaborate cross-functionally.  
  • Top-notch presentation skills, and the ability to educate customers on deployment best practices.
