Project Manager

Olo seeks a Project Manager who will be responsible for collaborating with all touch points within the Olo organization. The Project Manager will oversee all projects within the deployment pipeline and own processes to support the deployment team and the needs of our customers.



  • Develop and drive portfolio/program/project management best practices and standards that will improve team productivity and decision making and realize targeted business goals and outcomes.
  • Oversee deployment team project management and growth, mentoring team members to become strong and more effective project managers
  • Provide ongoing status updates on project progress, risks, scope change management and issue resolution. Lead issue identification, tracking, escalation and resolution documentation.
  • Monitor risk events before becoming issues and potential roadblocks. Communicate technical issues, impact, and risk mitigation strategies in business terminology that can be communicated to and understood by internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Define and ensure the use of standard methodologies, processes and project management tools and reporting KPIs.
  • Track deployment portfolio related status, issues, risks and dependencies and support the prioritization of required resources to remove risks and launch blockers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Deployment Managers, and customers to build and project timelines and deliverables based on contractual requirements.
  • Communicate and track product enhancements required for customer deployments utilizing JIRA.
  • Report and communicate portfolio status to the Executive Team on a weekly and monthly basis.



  • Excellent client-facing, customer-service orientation and communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in use of project management discipline and best practices.
  • Passion for project management and a genuine desire to help other project managers learn and grow
  • Competent in the use of project management and analytical software tools including but not limited to Asana, Jira, etc.  
  • Excellent communication skills combined with experience managing a matrix deployment team.
  • 3-5 years experience
  • A Bachelor's degree
